Simplepress have group but buddypress page dont integrate simplepres?? if i create a group in buddypress i need to create a group in simplepress too?? dont have a automatic plugin?? or integration for page group in buddypres??

Sorry, I am not sure what you are asking...
if you are asking about buddypress groups and simple press groups, they are two completely different animals and have no relation...
we do offer a buddypress integration plugin...
if I have missed, please elaborate...

In SimplePress having "User Group" right? and Buddypress have Group same to, but user in buddypress dont auto add to SimplePress Group

but you miss the point... buddypress groups and simple press usergroups do not accomplish the same goals... simple press usergroups are for controlling permissions... buddypress groups are for picking who you want to associate with.. in buddypress, users can pick the groups they want to join... they can even create their own groups... this would be counter intuitive for simple press user groups and how users get permission for actions on forums...
