We use buddypress & have just moved from bbpress to simplepress...simplepress is waaaaaay cooler! I've been looking for hints & tips for a more seemless integration with buddypress. I was hoping people could add useful things to this post - links to tutorials or useful articles.
Here are a few I've found to start (have not tried them yet)...can't find very many tbh!

tighter buddypress integration is on our roadmap for version 5.1...
you can also use the buddypress profile page instead of the sp profile page if you want... on the profiles admin you can have it redirect there instead...

np. we would like to find a buddypress (and multisite) guru to join the team to ease the 5.1 integration... as we dont use either, will be a learning experience for us...
