Can I ban a member from posting in the forum without cancelling their membership?

Hello good people, 

I use a membership based website and I've added Simple-Press forums to it.

How can I ban a registered member from posting without changing (cancelling) their membership?

I would start by downloading and installing our Simple:Press 'Ban' plugin! If you are new to using our plugins then a good place to gen up is here: http://codex.simple-press.com/.....g-plugins/
