Can I change the text titles in the forum titles

On mobile view, the "breadcrumb" at the top of the screen has the first link title "forums" - can I change this to "question/discussion centre home"

I have been able to do so on the desktop version of my forum, but on the mobile version it still shows as "forums"

how did you change it on desktop?? what sp theme are you using? if you modified a template file, you have to change the mobile template as well...
