Can I stop guests being able to post links?

One of my customers is currently experiencing more spm than usual, the posters are putting topic relevant information and then posting a couple of completely unrelated links. We don't want to ban guest accounts as it is proving effective as a way of encouraging people to join the site. Is there a way of stopping guests only from posting links.

Not currently but it doesn't sound like a bad idea.
I will open up a discussion here to see what we think about adding it in...
