I have a few forums where I want to enable post ratings and where the item was disabled.
I went in Manage Groups And Forums / I select the forum then / I clicked on Enable post ratings on this forum
On some forum, the little check does not want to turn green and stays disabled.
This does not happen on the last 3 forums that I created recently.

Until this is fixed, I have made the changes directly in the database (post_ratings column in wp_sfforums table)

so what happens when you do that? I cannot duplicate your behaviour...
does firefox with firebug indicate any errors?

I have tried again on different forums and it has worked, nothing strange in Firebug.
I don't think my SQL update on the post_ratings column in the database changed a lot.
Still I found that the "green button" sometimes takes a little time to change state (two seconds or so), it was maybe just that reason that made me think it wasn't working...
Thanks for your help, I'll update this topic if I find the issue again.

okay. thanks... the button changes client side, so you computer could be busy, I guess 😉
