My admins can susbcribe to forum threads, but I don't have any option to subscribe to threads when I am logged in as a regular user (http://www.ocddave.com/forum/).

No I hadn't. Thanks. This helped with regular users, though my administrative users still don't get notifications.

what notifications?  new posts on the forum or subscribed topics/forums?  for the former, they have to enable the option in their forum - admins - your admin options panel...
