Cannot update Content Settings

For some reason, I am unable to update Content Settings (the one under Options). I can update other settings. Any idea what is up?

Do you get a popup box that says anything when you click on update Content Options? If so what does it say?

What happens? What does the update status message say?

Any js errors in the console?
