Can't access codex page

I signed up for the support for SP. When i try to access the codex page (Simple:press administration (http://codex.simple-press.com/.....issions%2F)) page it says I don't have access. When I login, it says my subscription has expired. 

Plus, contact us link in the text does not work.  Hope you can help so I can access all the codex files.

Manage Groups and Forums Admin Panel

Is this supposed to be this way?

Yes - sorry - we are terribly behind with the codex writing and fit it in when we can. Small team - not enough hours. Need more help.
