Can't add RPX API Key

Hey everyone, how's it going? I just got Simple-Press yesterday for my site and I love how easy it is to use.

However, one problem I'm having is trying to set up the RPX 3rd party Login. I've setup an account at Janrain and have gotten my RPX API key.

When I go to Forum > Components > Login and Registration the field to add the RPX API key is there, but it's not clickable and I can't enter anything into it. Also, when I select enable RPX support and hit "Update Login and Registration Components" I get the following error at the top of my Wordpress dashboard:

"Error in RPX API data"

I'm assuming that's because I don't have anything entered into the RPX API key field, but unfortunately it won't let me enter anything in that field at all.

So, hopefully someone can help me get to the bottom of this, as I can't figure it out.

Thanks,

Brent

are you saying the input field is not allowing you to enter any data??  if so, can you check the html and make sure its not somehow disabled? data entry in the field does not require the enable option to be set...

Yeah, the input field won't allow me to enter anything. Where would I go to access the HTML to see if it's disabled?

view page source...  or better yet use the browser dev tools to inspect the element while viewing the page (right click over the input and inspect)...

I ended up solving it by uninstalling and reinstalling. It's working fine now!
