I am unable to actually change the title of various topic titles in the Live Chat Forum. I wanted to define Snowflake’s post “Thank you!!” and rename it “THANK YOU FOR HELPING WITH SHINGLES!!” so that it was more clear what the post concerns; while the box comes up to allow me to do this, it does not save, even when I “save” it. I have admin permissions

sorry, not quite following… Are you trying to change the topic title? you said post, but want to be sure on the issue…
box comes up? do you mean the forum tools popup? If so, what happens when you save?? any messages? what about in the php error log? or in forum – tools – error log??? best to clear and then try again and report what, if any, you see… also, what is in the browser console?
if something other, please elaborate…
