is a problem of permissions? loading of some code?
you appear to be running wp super cache, but its throwing errors:
WP Super Cache is installed but broken. The constant WPCACHEHOME must be set in the file wp-config.php and point at the WP Super Cache plugin directory
but unsure if its causing problems…
so buttons not working is usually an issue with caching the page, minimizing the js or incorrectly loading jquery/js…
