Hey guys,

I am using Simple:Press Version 5.7.3 with the latest version of WordPress 4.7, and I can't filter users for adding admins on Simple:Press any longer. 🙁

I can't even scroll through the long list. Can only see the first users up to users beginning with the letter A.

Do you mean the paging buttons are not working? Let me go and try...

Oooh odd one,. The control does not seem, to be working there but does work elsewhere so it seems to be specific to the add admin panel. I will open a ticket as always and investigate - see if we can find a simple solution. Apologies. The Javascript was virtually completely revamped over the last two updates so one or two items did slip through the net...

This should be solved by that patch in this post....

I uploaded the patch and yes, I can now find and get to the user that I would like to make an admin. Trouble is that the "Add Admin" button doesn't show up. LOL

The button should be further down - at the bottom of the form. Is it not?

It doesn't work though. I tried that button too. Usually the correct button is right under "Move to Selected List".

not sure what you mean... there has never been an add button under the 'move' button...  the thing that has always been under there (at least for admins) is the input but for filtering the list and the filter button...

after moving the desired users to the right side, you would hit the add new admins button at the bottom of the form...

are you using the combined js cache?  if so, you should clear the cache after updating that file on forum - toolbox - housekeeping since it changes the js...

No matter. As I mentioned above, it doesn't work. I still can't add an admin. After choosing an admin and using the "Add Admin" button below, nothing happens. That person doesn't become an admin.

My mistake then. I just assumed you guys had some kind of uniformity. See picture of Forum Ranks for example.
