Are you running a custom theme or one of the supplied ones? If a supplied one is it up to date?

If a custom theme then you may need to make some changes. Take a look here at the ui.dialog info. There is also a list of all changes by update here.

First of all I'm running the standard them, second , you are going to have to treat Me like a simpleton . I went to the first link and have found this -

Popup Dialogs
The WordPress update to jQuery UI 1.10.2, breaks some UI elements in our popup dialogs. For them to function properly, you will need to make the following CSS changes:

However when I go to the Worpress Plugin Editor and select Simple:Press  I cannot see a css stylesheet .

forum admin > themes > theme editor

Take a look at it there. But it sounds like your theme may already have these changes but check to make sure.

pasting code works a lot better if you use the code button...  paste code, highlight the code, use the code button...  it looks like the ${} on the button..

add it to your sp theme... in the css file...

Where you have added the z-index of 100 (as per our instructions) can you try changing it from 100 to just 1 as I think there is something else also pulling at that as extra css is being loaded but not sure where from. But I think that the one change might resolve it.
