Hi,
As an admin or as moderator i can't move or delete topics in a forum. I looked to the persmission set for moderators but everything looks right.

so how are you trying to move or delete a topic? are you using the forum tools?
you were on a topic view... easiest way is from the forum view with the topic tools.. but you can remove the singular post in this case from the topic view and it will remove the topic too..
please explain your steps... and what happens...

When i go to the forum or topic there is no tool to move or delete a topic.

I do not have an icon in this place. I do not have Toolset. Can you please tell how to add? All rights of users tuned. Have all the plug. I am the forum administrator with rights Moderator Access. Forum and plug downloaded and installed yesterday, that is, the latest version.

If you asked me:
one of ours unchanged - Default 1.0.11 , browser Opera, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome

if you asked me? I would expect you to know if you are using a modified theme or one of our stock themes... are you saying stock, unchanged one of ours?
can you provide us with a temp account that has permissions to use the forum tools so we can look into it?
