The first step would be to remove the javascript errors being thrown on your site. A plugin you have active in a folder named 'flare' is causing script errors which are stopping other scripts from functioning.

Good news. It might be worth bringing this to the attention of the authors of this other plugin. Errors like the ones being triggered will stop all other jQuery based scripts from running which can effect a lot of other plugins reliant on the integrity of jQiuery.
