hi,
I just did a big update after months of inactivity and I also bought and changed the theme to the amazing reboot (thanks for that!)
the problem is with the plugins I already had: when I tried to update them, everything freezes and I can't move on. So I wanted to download them again and re-install them (like I did with the theme before changing it) but apparently in that case I have to pay again for them? Is there any way to solve this?

any plugin purchased through our store can be redownloaded through the store again on your account page...
what does freezes mean?? can you explain what happens? we get hundreds of updates daily through the wp updater... any info in the browser console? might be another plugin hijacking the ajax response...
