Oke, you know the directory where i can find the base theme file ?

The storage location where your themes are stored (probably /wp-content/sp-resources/forum-themes/) - then the name of the theme you are using and the CSS or PHP file will be in the /styles folder with the same name as the theme. But surely you are making a custom theme? yes?

Oke zo im changing the colours nouw. The file seems te contain lots and lost of colours.
Could you tell me houw the lines are called where i can change colour 3 and 1. I'm chaning the colours in the gin-and-tonic overlay

I explained that back in post #2...
#1 change:
$itemHeaderSolid = '#BEDB89';
#2 change:
$mainBackGroundSolid = '#EDEDED';
to whatever you want...

Oke im almost there.
In the screen shot i have selected 3 colours i would like to change. You manchen 2. Where can i change colour 3 that is marked with a 3 in the screen shot ?
i placed 3 in the button called members. Do i have to change all buttons separately ?
