Our forums are installed on a subdomain

forum.hpathy.com

The wp page used to diaplay forums is 'forum'

This leads to url's like

for the forums

and

for topics

I would like to get rid of the trailing 'forum' in the url's so that url appears like

How can I achieve this?

Thank you.

Simple Press is a great software working at Homeopathy Forums

We wouldn't be able to get rid of it I am afraid. It is the only way that WordPress can establish that it is a call to a forum page. It requires a slug in that position. You can rename it but not remove it.
