so confused... why do you think that is an issue? its a tooltip for the main page... when you open a dialog, it should now be the highest priority for display... hovering over a tooltip on main page behind the dialog, should stay behind the dialog, imho... our dialogs are not modal - so the main page would still be active... modal would disallow interacting with main page and not desirable, imho...

Not sure, just thought it was strange, the text always showed on top before on here and my own site, just threw me off when it started showing up underneath the box. Here is a better pic showing what I mean.

I know exactly what you mean... I think it would be wrong for a tooltip to show above a popup dialog... its just a layering of 'windows'... which should have priority (or higher z-index), the dialog is my belief... as i said, we could have made the dialog modal so you couldnt do anything until you dealt with the dialog, but we chose not too... I believe this to be correct operation... if this is different now for you, we did try to sort out various dialogs and z-index issues some users were having with greedy themes...

Afraid it is a bug. It's a knock-on from a z-index change. It is so easy to get caught out by this but hate it when it happens
If you want to correct it then find the .ttip class in your stylesheet and change the z-index from 9999 to 999999 (6 9's that is!)

we definitely disagree on it... I think its proper now... cant fathom why a dialog would open up and then something else occurs on the page (ie tooltip) and it should override the dialog?
should be interesting discussion (offline of course) between us! 
but I strongly support leaving it as is...

I think this is a misunderstanding,. What is showing underneath the popup are the tooltips from items on the popup. I.e,, the last post snippet etc., No point in showing the tooltips if they are displayed underneath the items they relate to.
