just a follow up, did this go into the last update? I notice it is working here but still not on my site.

Can you take a look in your theme stylesheet for the change? I do not recall if you are on a custom, child or standard theme... If custom then you will need to manually apply it of course,

So I went through my child theme and didn't notice anything that should conflict, I had some css changes in my wp theme so I deleted those just to be on the safe side but they were more to do with the login pop up on mobile, cleared all caches and still the same.
I then reverted to twenty-fifteen theme and the default sp theme, cleared all the caches (sp and browser) and checked again, still the same.
Any suggestions from here?

I was really meaning checking the reboot parent file to see if you find the change in there. Although the checks you have made are more than useful of course.

Will look at it when i get to a pc, what exactly should i be looking for though? I am assuming in the css.

Sorry the fix is the same as the one you tried out - post 17 of this thread (page 2). I recall you confirmed it worked for you and we put that into 5.6.1 (1.0.5 of Reboot) - or at least according to the records we put it into 1.0.5 of Reboot....
