When I have like bigger post with Rules and I have some Sub-headers, I want them to be bigger font size, another text I want to be normal font size. So how to change fontsize of part of the post?

Assuming you are using the tinyMCE editor we don't, by default, expose the headings button but you can add it to a second toolbar row if you like - see the editor toolbar forum admin panel.

This would expose the button to all of your users as well of course.

if you would rather not do that then the quickest and easiest way to do this is to edit the post and use the 'html' button on the toolbar and add in your heading tags manually in the html popup where you want them and then update the post from the html popup.
