changing the order of posts

A member left me this post:
most forums I've been to start with the oldest post at the top, and you go to the end to get the most recent post. Have you considered this order, or is it somewhere in the settings in our preferences?
How might I make this change? Where would I find that setting>

you can globally sort your forums oldest to newest or vice versa... forum - options - general display settings...
