Hi

I've downloaded the Supscriptions plug-in.

When I click on the 'Subscribed: 0' button, the 'Review subscribed topics' window appears.

Unfortunately the 'X' icon (images/close.gif) does not appear.

When I click on where the icon should be, the window closes as expected.

What might the problem be?

Thanks

Jonathan

are you using your own sp theme?  or one of ours?  if yours, check the styles/images directory and make sure you have a close.gif image file...

does it only happen on subscribed topic popup?  or others too?

I am using the built-in theme. The file is at wp-content/sp-resources/forum-themes/default/styles/images/close.gif

As it happens I get a 403 error when I try to look at it in the browser on its own.

I am only beginning to explore Simplepress and am unaware of other popups which should have the X symbol - which others should I test?

Thanks

Jonathan

Forbidden? Sounds like a permissions issue perhaps.
All the popups should have a close icon. Try the about (the 'i' in the forum footer strip).

Thanks so far.

The 'i' in the footer has the same problem (no 'X').

RESOLVED

When I installed Simple Press, all the permissions in the sp-resources/ folder were wrong. I thought I had changed all the directories to rwxr-xr-x and all the files to rw-r--r-- but I had missed out the 'images' directory.

Thanks for the assistance, which helped me to find the problem.
