Tried & liked the original Simple:Press plugin.
Upgraded to Platinum but now an individual group/forums do not collapse as they did in the original installation.
There must be a setting that I am missing?

Could you provide a bit more info? I take it we are talking about opening and closing the groups as you can do on our forum here?
What theme were you using when the forum groups could be collapsed / expanded and what theme are you using now? To my knowledge the only theme that doesn’t have collapsible groups is Barebones, but that’s not been out long and is only available through new installs right now (although will be available through the store soon).
Also check the version of SP you are using. There was a small problem that affected the open/close which was fixed in 5.6.3.1…

Sorry I meant forum theme.. It looks to me like you’re using the new Barebones theme, which as I mentioned doesn’t come with the group collapse feature. All other themes do, so being a Platinum member you could download any other SP theme (Reboot or Unified probably best as they’re responsive) for free and the feature will be present.

Barebones was really created to be a minimalist theme for ease of use more than anything.. It has developed into more than that and has become the new default install theme, and as it’s new we’re still open to ideas of what should be included. If the group open close proves a popular request then we can always look at adding it back in a future update.
