If you look at those 3 error messages you will see that there are three plugins (file uploader, blog linking and post ratings) where the error claims that your database does not contain the tables they would have created when installed. So we are looking at 3 missing tables.

Do you have any idea how this may have come about?

If the plugin is un-installed and re-installed then technically yes, the tables should be created.

Note please though – ‘un-installed’, not deleted, i.e through the admin panel.

nope didnt work ………so do i have to uninstall simple press to make all new tables ….the forums are only 2 months old so not going to loose much just time to redo the permissions and the forum sections ……

no, dont uninstall simple press… that wont help since simple press core doesnt create the tables – the plugins do…

so, to be sure, you uninstalled all three plugins via the plugin admin panel?  and said yes when asekd to confirm?  then went back in and installed?

if still no tables, then try one more time, except this time, grab the php error log and see why the install would be failing…
