1. I'd like to make a pinned topic Read Only -- is that possible?

2. Just noticed there is no 'editor toolbar' .... could it be turned off, or do I need a plugin?

I did briefly install 'Editor TinyMCE Rich Text', but it looked like I'd be giving posters the ability to post video and images?  ( ! )

I just figured out how to configure the toolbar, please disregard #2

1 - Yes- you can lock it. That prevents any updates being made. Same tools menu as the pin option.
