Critical Member and Usergroup problems

A few problems when I'm adding members to usergroups:

  1. I have a few Wordpress Members that don't show up as forum members.  Everything was set up at the same time, and in the same way, so I don't know why a few members aren't listed in the forum area (I can't add them to usergroups, or pull them up in a member search no matter what I use as the search criteria - they just aren't there).  Is there a way to add them somehow through the database or something?  I really need to be able to add some of these users to special usergroups.  This issue is critical, the next two should eventually be addressed, but aren't a big deal.
  2. In Manage Usergroups -> Add Members, when I add a name in the "Filter List" box, it does fine with single words.  If I add a first and last name (with a space in the middle), the Eligible Members box completely disappears and I have to cancel out of the Add Members area and start over.
  3. Members who are listed in a usergroup ("Manage Usergroups -> Show/Hide Members area) are listed with bullet points and vertically in the first letter section, and then horizontally without bullet points (not a big deal, but doesn't look good)

was this new install or upgrade?  there was some previous bug before 5.0 that allowed users to get a bogus usergroup which kept them from being able to be added...  could you search your sfmemberships table and delete any memberships that have a usergroup id of 0... and see if that helps...

havent run across #2 except for one time a while back where the box disappeared... havent been able to recreate but possible it was the more than single word...  have opened a ticket for investigation...

This was a new install.  The forum was installed before we allowed users to register.  I can't see anything different about this person's registration.  I'll check the sfmemberships table and see if that helps.

There are no usergroup ids of 0 in the database.  It appears this is only happening with one user (so far).  I guess I'll just have her re-register.

She had a record in the sfmemberships table.  I did not check the sfmembers table before I completely deleted her user and had her re-register.  She is showing up now.  I will let you know if I have this problem with any other users in the future.

okay thanks... odd cause if she had a record in sfmemberships, she should have been listed...
