CSS Theme Question - Profile

Hello,
I decided to edit the "cool-blue.php" style sheet to match the colors of the website (seemed easier than the default). Everything is great except for the profile.
Screen shots:
Shot 01 - I would like the green background to be a different colour and cannot seem to find where to change it.
Shot 01 - How do you change the color of the main text (ie: where is says "overview - welcome to..."
Shot 02 - Hovering over the left bottons: cannot seen to find how to change that color.
Please be specific as I am not very knowledgeable with respect to CSS code.
Thank you for your assistance.
Derek
the easiest thing to do is use the inspector in your browser.. it lets you pick an element and see the css that is controlling it.. you can even what if changes in your inspector to see what it looks like before making an actual change...
to make changes be sure to make your own theme first: http://codex.simple-press.com/.....g-a-theme/
Image 1 is controlled by background on: #spMainContainer #spProfileContent
Image 2 is controlled by color on same style...
