Hi team,
My custom forum icons are not appearing as they should, which I describe here > http://quick.as/8DgwSO9k5
We have tested all our plugins and our theme for conflicts which could be causing the issue, and thus far have not found any.
We have also disabled server-level caching for our forum, but that unfortunately did not solve the issue.
Our forum is behind a pay wall so you will need a username/password in order to login and check it out. On August 4th 2015 I sent admin credentials to Ike, which are still valid for myfishingcapecod.com/wp-admin
I can resend if needed.

So assuming you have edited the forum(s) to assign the icons and saved the changes - have you cleared your browser cache?

Yes I have cleared the cache, and it appears that the issue only occurs when logged in as an Admin.
Most of my users are not Admins and therefor are probably not experiencing the issue.
So you can set this to resolved.

This might sound like I'm stating the obvious but something in the video jumped out at me.
It appears that all the topics with missing custom icons are also displaying the standard icon for a forum with new (unread) posts. Can you confirm that all of your custom icons for all these forums have all the right variants i.e for each forum:
Custom forum icon
Custom forum icon with new posts
Custom forum icon when locked
Apologies if this isn't the case, but thought I'd better check the obvious first!
