Here is a screen shot showing list of posts with the same forum link.
It works correctly if the last post is viewed singly.

I hate to say it but I suspect this might be a problem with your WP theme. I certainly do not have this behaviour and this is a very popular and much used plugin with no other reports like this. Would it be possible for you to briefly switch to use the WordPress default theme to see if the behaviour is the same?

Simple:Press Admins have this permission by default. Are you sure you have turned on this permission for your other users who can create posts under WP?
Thanks, setting permissions was it, why not default for SP admins?
Still shows wrong links when posts are listed on home page
Box shows url for lower link is for retest post .. can you please fix?

As I stated - it IS turned on for SP Admins. SP Admins need no permission. You need to turn it on for all other users.

Think we posted about the same time, so saw 12 after posting 13.
When I first clicked forum logged in as Gary it gave WP admin is not SP admin pop-out notice.
Logged back in as Admin and checked all the bubbles, thinking all admin powers enabled.
No blog linking logged in as Gary the admin with all bubbles checked = post #9
Blog linking bubbles are found in the manage permissions menus under manage permission sets of which there is no admin access so must modify or create new permission set name ..

I'm sorry but maybe I am just tired... but I am not following what you are trying to tell me. I will repeat one thing in case you missed it. There are NO permission sets associated with a Simple:Press Admin. And a Simple:Press Admin is NOT the same thing as a WP Administrator.
So what is a 'blog linking bubble'? Bubble?
