We have updated our forum to v 5.2.2 but when performing the database upgrade the installer stops working.

"No reply from Java Script" - see screenshot - please advisesp.jpgImage Enlarger

Well that is a new one on me - and what a very unhelpful and uninformative message it is!
What browser is this please? And does it happen when you re-try the upgrade?

and when you retry, please have the browser console open and see if you can see what the http/ajax response is...

When that happened or when it happens if you click on stop script and then go out of that page and back to forums is the forum updated? I had something similar happen to me but the forum did update.
