Users of the forum I have must wait 25 minutes before a new post they make shows up. My hosting service says the problem is not with them. Is their a Simple:Press fix?

It looks like you are caching the page using WP SuperCache. The forum pages should not be cached. You can turnoff the page caching for the forum page in WP SuperCache by entering the forum folder /forum/ in it's Advanced setting page.
Try that and see if it takes care of it.

No. There is no delay from posting in simple press until it shows up.
but, I do see you are running wp super cache
have you told super cache to ignore the wp page the forum is on?? you cannot cache the forum page...

Turning off the cache fixed the problem. Thanks for the help! It works so much better now.

np. glad it was easily resolved....
btw, enjoyed reading that site a while back - found it by accident... loved it had Simple Press on it! 
been a while, need to come back and read some more and see latest status!
