Hi Everyone,

I installed SimplePress on my members only training course last week and I loved the design and ease of use.

I created all of my forums and added "Forum Rules" sticky posts, and everything looked great...

Now I'm having members sign up and post their own discussions and replying to them.... my members and myself are noticing serious lag time when it comes to posting new tops.  

Sometimes they're visible within a few minutes and sometimes within a few hours.  

The same things happens when you reply to an existing post or when I delete a post. 

It will say "post saved" or "post deleted" but I won't see the changes for at least a few minutes no matter how many times I refresh the screen.

Has anyone had this experience?  Any tips to fix this and have my forums update in real-time?
