Hello,

I'm trying to give ADMIN access to the main people who will be responsible for the forum I've created. Having an issue w/ permissions...I thought I had given proper access - (screen cap 1) - but when I log in as the secondary admin  (screen cap 3), I do not have access to DELETE a user.

What am I doing wrong?

Check that that user has 'Delete User' capabilities within WP. My guess is they do not. Deleting a user from SP is the same as deleting a user from WP and needs WP permission.
