Someone reported that he wanted to rename his Display Name from AbC to ABC and was getting an error as name already exist. The workaround for this is to rename to a completly different name first then rename it the way you want it. I don't know if this is something you want to look into. Sure not a priority, I expect most will write it properly the first time.
