Hi There,
We have a major influx of signups to our wishlist member course and I have it setup with role manager that new members get added to the form, but I have to immediately manually change the display name to their initials as it is supposed to be an anonymous forum and Woocommerce by default registers them with First Name and last name.
Our developer tried to assist by doing a manual update of the display names in the database but on the forum it is still showing their original info even though when you go into their forum profile it is correctly setup. Is there a way to "refresh" the users to display the correct info already entered into their profile?

Well Simple:Press maintains it's own 'display_name' column in the sfmembers table and it is that column that is exclusively used by all forum display. You can also set the option to disallow users from choosing their own and forcing a specific format (profile > options) so do you have this set as you need it?
