I currently have Wishlist on my site and once someone registers they have access to the Simple Press forum. The problem is when someone registers through Wishlist, they register their full name but I don't want that displayed in the forum. Is there a way to avoid this or does the member have to manually change this in their profile once they register?

In the user's profile >Edit Profile he can change his display name. There are also admin functions in the back end Forum Admin > Profiles - Profile Options where you can set what is displayed. Take a look at both of those and see if that helps.
