yes, I was using FF... and since each browser has its own js engine, that can happen...
we might need to fix that one remaining js error I alluded too... I have to run out this morning, but if you want, I can try making the change via the theme editor later today and see if it helps...

I am unable to make the change in the theme editor - the js is too many directories down...
but I went ahead and tested in IE 10, 9 and 8 and its working fine for me... So what problem are you having with IE?? check your browser mode and document mode (you can see with with F12)

That's interesting that its working in IE for you. I closed out of IE then reopened the site. None of the links to the four forums work, nor of course do the buttons such as "Members". Since the forums wont open, I cannot test the Add Topic buttons. Before we began making changes, in IE 10 the forums would open but the Add Topic buttons did not.
The Browser Mode is IE10, the Document Mode is Standards.
From the Console I copied some code after clicking on a Forum link. I know you asked for me to submit it by a special code submission window, but I cannot find how to do that here. I am pasting it, but would be happy to submit it in the proper format. Let me know.
HTML1514: Extra "<body>" tag found. Only one "<body>" tag should exist per document.
HTML1506: Unexpected token.
[cycle] terminating; zero elements found by selector
SEC7115: :visited and :link styles can only differ by color. Some styles were not applied to :visited.
I m must admit I only tested the add topic and add reply buttons... those were the ones you explicitly mentioned as not working... and in IE 8 - 10, I was able to add new topics or add new replies...
what does forums wont open mean?? and not sure what you mean by the members button not working... neither of those have any js - they are just straight links to another page... what happens when you click on these links???
as mentioned before, paste your code, then highlight your code and select the code button... its looks like ${}
the first fade.js error from the theme is the only one I was seeing and the one I originally wanted to try to fix... but as mentioned, cant get at it without ftp (too many directory levels for the wp theme editor).. but thats when I found it working in IE 8 - 10 for me...
make sure you clear your browser cache... after hitting F12 you will see a cache menu....

Okay, so I opened up the site on my girlfriend's computer and, lo and behold, it is working just fine in IE 10. That means that it is only my IE it is not working on. So, the forum appears fixed, yet my IE 10 needs repaired or something. What would you recommend? Doing a reset in Tools/Advanced?
is your IE10 up to date? try a window update... have you added any addons to IE? a reset shouldnt hurt unless you made a bunch of customizations, which you probably didnt...
