Hi members,

As admin or as users, I do see Profile Tabs but nothing under each tab. I wanted users to update their profile including password to be changed after joining the forum. But users don't see any field where they can update their profile information and they don't see any field for changing the password.

My forum is located at: http://www.activanaturals.com/forum

Please help,

Thanks

Jay

did you test on dev site or different domain? try going to forum - toolbox - housekeeping and resetting the profile tabs.

if that doesn't work we will need to look at js conflicts.

Mr Papa,

I did as you suggested but it did not work. So let me know what information I need to provide so that you can check.

Thanks

first, you are doing some serious caching on your page...  you cannot cache the forum page as its dynamic content...

you are serving cached pages from w3tc...

<!-- Performance optimized by W3 Total Cache. Learn more: http://www.w3-edge.com/wordpre.....s-plugins/

Page Caching using disk: enhanced
Database Caching 19/112 queries in 0.166 seconds using disk
Object Caching 723/1186 objects using disk

 Served from: http://www.activanaturals.com @ 2013-07-16 18:12:47 by W3 Total Cache -->

for each type of caching you are using there, you need to tell it to ignore the wp page the forum is on...

i am also worried about the js and css getting loaded from google user content... seems like it might be another caching mechanism that could cause issues...  frankly, have not come across that before and it looks mighty odd...

Mr Papa,

I am using Google Page Speed service. That's why you see content coming from Google.

Can I PM you?

Thanks

Jay
