DOWNLOAD of plugings and themes not possible

I bought the Ultimate Membership Plan two weeks ago.
Today i wanted to download the core and all premium plugins and themes.
All plugins and themes are in my basket.

But if i click in download and then go to checkout, there is only the list of the basket.

No possibility to download anything. Why?
Please help.

On the 'checkout' page there should be a button near the bottom that says 'purchase'? Is it there and have you clicked on it to complete the transaction?

we have been getting downloads... and just checked as guest and working...

scroll down past your info you need to enter at checkout and you will see a purchase button... that will start it... see image

will be the problem, that i have a full basket with all plugins and themes?
And download button will only appears if there is one item in the basket?

you can have more than one... just tried with a dozen...  but a while back someone said they had over 40 and they had similar issue...

they emptied the cart and did smaller batches... we need to reach out the store plugin authors and see about the large number issue since this is second report...  however, until then, I can only apologize and ask you to do smaller batches...

ah figured out what was going on here...  once I added 36 items to cart, the store plugin was exceeding the max cpu time trying to render the cart...  so the page just stopped rendering...

so I upped the max cpu time for it...  Now I was at about 60 items and called it good enough,,, 😉

sorry for the issue, you can try it again with your cart...
