Hello, im just installed the Forum and made a group and forum but i can't see the edit/delete icon to delete post/topics.
how can i fix this??

Yes when im hover it doesn't show up.
but im also not getting an error like no confict in firebug

Your most pressing problem is that the theme is not making the mandatory call to the wp_footer() funtion which is a must for many plugins to work properly.
If you take a look in the footer.php file of the WP supplied theme you will see this call and where it is supposed to be. This needs adding to the theme you are using.
