I am using SP v5.3.4 and WP v3.7.1. When I try to edit a post the page just refreshes. I am logged in as an administrator. Is there a similar issue with Edit like there was with Delete (which I was able to fix based on another post here)? Please let me know if you need more info. Thanks.

No known issues to the edit functionality... the delete issue you referred to was from a recent change and affected specific delete options..
how are you trying to edit a post? button or forum tools? and as who? admin or user? if latter, what are the delete permissions?

I'm clicking the edit button at the top right of the post. I am logged in as admin.

After selecting "Force the strict use of the WP API" in the integration settings the edit button appears to be working now. Will this have any negative effects on the forum?

odd... not sure how that is related, but glad it resolves it - another theme or plugin must be messing with forum content... the setting wont really affect anything though the page may 'appear' to load slower... but its just all at once at end vs incrementally has it goes... really no actual difference...
