So you want me to tell you how to remove the only bit of my work that tells people I wrote it?
You can remove anything you want from the templates that drive the forum. You will find them in the Sop theme folder you are using. And you should be able to work out where to find it.

As always we recommend that you create your own SP theme so that any customisation is not lost during a future update. (http://codex.simple-press.com/.....g-a-theme/)
