I am trying to move a topic to another forum. But I cant find any option in the topic to move it. I am registered as an administrator in the SPF admins. After researching I found a link on this site that I need to use the "Edit Tools." According to this article, Using the Edit Tools you have to enable it in the Forum ☛ Admins ☛ Global Options panel. Which there is no such option there. It goes Admins>Global Admin Options and when I go there I dont see any option to "Display Admin Tools". Im guessing this link is old. Thank you for your help.

The Wiki articles you mention are for version before 5.0+ The admin tools have changed quite a bit from earlier versions.

If you are logged in as an Admin you should see a forum toolset button appear when you hover your mouse cursor over a forum or topic. If you click on that button you should see a popup box with the admin tools available. One of them will be a move option.

Thank you. That worked. Is there any other way of calling that up besides hovering over that? Only because if im down low on the screen I will never see that popup drop down from the top of the browser..

Can you explain what you mean by that please? You would need to be focused at the spot of the pageto click on the tools icon so am unsure of your question...
