2 things.  When you click this, boxes appear and the drop-down box is below all others.  I see vertical-align is set to baseline and it would look better if set to middle.

 

Can we change timestamp once posted?  I thought I saw an option in Topic toolbox (little icon) but now I don't see it.  Maybe it's somewhere else?

No there is no tool to change this post-save.
