Does anyone know how i can get all the email addresses from my registered members in a simple way, without having to go to each user entry and note it down. I want to send a global email out to all members.

you will need a wp plugin that does that...  there are numerous newsletter type plugins that lets you email all users...

or there are plugins that let you get a csv export of your users...
