I use email or login name to allow my users to login, my question is where do i change the text (Login name) on the login form.

I want to change it to "Email address / Login name"

you control that via your sp theme... edit the spHead.php template file and look for the $loginForm declaration.. then change the labelUserName element of that array to whatever you want...

remember! dont edit our themes - create your own to keep from losing changes on updates...
