I am confused as to how to set up my email settings. I am not sure what you mean by each of the options.

If I want my emails to come from forum@raphajourney.com, then do I set it up like this:

The senders name: Rapha Journey

The email from name: forum

The email domain name: raphajourney.com

The help instructions were not very helpful and the page in the codex said it was being worked on.

are you talking about the email settings on forum - options - email settings? or other email settings on other panels or from SP plugins?

if the former, yes, that looks correct... sorry, if it wasnt clear to you, but you should be good to go...
