Email subscriptions and such

Hi,
On my forum at http://problem-with-post-edit-.....ting-forum there doesn't seem to be any way to subscribe to posts. Other than becoming an admin and subscribing to EVERY post... it seems pretty difficult to keep in touch.
Please let me know how i can fix this.

Are you using the subscriptions plugins? and do users have permission to subscribe?
As admin, you can enable notifications for all posts (sort of like subscription)... on forum - admins - your admin options...
